When I was a kid my parents took me on yearly vacations to a small village in the Austrian Alps. While obviously it was mostly hiking back then, I also got my first experience walking with crampons on a glacier in those days and got to conquer my first 3000m peak. Around the age of 35 I regained my love for the mountains and have been doing some amazing tours since then. Via Ferratas or High Alpine Tours? I love them both, but definitely prefer the more remote territories.

Some of the mountains that I have climbed so far:

Großglockner, Austria’s highest peak, 3.798m in July 2015
Jirisan (Cheonwangbong ), South Korea’s highest mainland peak, 1.915m in January 2018
Prisank (Prisojnik), Triglav National Park, Slovenia, 2.547m in June 2018
Ellmauer Halt, Kaiser Mountain Range, Austria, 2.344 m in June 2018
Stubacher Sonnblick, 3088m in September 2016
